How can I make the Naruto Shippuden Jacket and how to style the wig?
I've decided to be an Akatsuki member NEXT year, and Naruto from Shippuden. Problem. I don't have the slightest idea on how to make the dang jacket. I also don't know how to make the wig spiky. I'll get a short yellow one. Thank yoh!!! ^///^

Wigs that naturally foof up like that are the best for styling spikes into, as you can see from some of the sample pictures there if you click a link and scroll down.
As for what product to use, I've been told by my friends who style wigs that Got2b hair glue or freezespray works the best.
As for the jacket, you could try searching for tips in this forum: http://www.cosplay.com/forum.php They're really good at posting useful stuff. If you can't find anything, then you can post a new thread and they'll give you ideas.
